Subway Sessions is an acoustic music series I produced, shot, and edited that amassed millions of views. With grammy award winning and nominated musicians like OK Go and The Infamous Stringdusters, along with other notable acts like The Revivalists and G. Love we filmed surprise acoustic performances of various artists passing through town while on tour. The project was produced while I was attending college. It was executed on a low budget, and shot entirely handheld. There was something endearing, gritty, and exciting about capturing bare bones acoustic performances in the corridors of the Manhattan subway. The instruments and vocals bounced with off the ceiling and station platforms with a beautiful natural reverb that created a unique moment in time in New York City.
